Healthy lifestyle choices can help reduce the risk of cancers of the breast, ovary, uterus, and prostate. When shopping for foods that can reduce the risk of cancer look for: low fat, low sugar, antioxidants, fiber, and isoflavones. A healthy diet should include approximately five servings of fruits and vegetables daily and 30 minutes of exercise five days a week.
